RE: Leg Godt (Lego)

Water aerobics is the best for the knees! I recommended that for my sister-in-law so that she could build up the muscle before her knee surgery. The stronger she was going in, the less PT she would need. She has had two bad knees since she was 20 but, it took twenty years of pain for her to do it.

I have a frozen shoulder that comes and goes, but, it is not a real problem.

I love your healthy attitude about pain and yoga and the relief it brings. I just realized how little I had been exercising, but, kept up stretching. I got busy and it was easy to skip! What? I never skip. It keeps me more honest!

Great post and I really love how you take good care of your body.

Water aerobics is the best!!!...and it's good for all ages and all fitness levels. I miss the pool for that. I am afraid to think what my knees would be like if I didn't have the opportunity to strengthen them in the pool.

Same here:)

It's good that you have the discipline to do your stretches even if you don't get to do other exercises.

Thank you for your compliment, and it's nice of you to stop by 😊
Have a lovely day:)))
