I don't know if I'll ever get back to what I was before but I embrace the hill I have climbed and it did show me my resilience and determination. Looking back I hauled my crazy ass half passing out on the side of mountains while climbing them to rebuild my stamina...wtf, who does that but it worked enough to get me back to work cause you know...bills don't take a break (I used to want to pass out standing up for more than 15 min at one point months after the ordeal). I sang along to my fav tunes to work out the lung issues, mind you I sound like a 1000 cats getting run over by a lawnmower but my lungs are back to normal.

Well that sucks that you got sick too, glad you made it. Yeah residual effects are a big thing. Long covid it's called. It's real bad in some, I read stories of ppl getting stuck in wheel chairs and stuff.
